| Program Overview |
Cosmetology (1500 hours):
Your first five weeks are spent in Basics. This time focuses on the fundamentals that will enable you to begin working with clients on the clinic floor. You will be working with mannequin heads and on other students.
You will then move to a station on the clinic floor and begin taking guests. You will learn how to make appointments, as well as having the opportunity to do actual consultations with an instructor's assistance and perform services on clients. All services are closely monitored by instructors and checked before the guest leaves. During your last four to six weeks of training, you will have the opportunity to do actual 'mock' state board tests to prepare you for your final exams (practical and written) for licensing.

Nail Technician (600 hours):
Your first two weeks of this course will be spent learning the fundamentals of basic nail care and the application of nail enhancements. You will become familiar with your textbook, workbook and working areas. You will have a nail station to work from and a mannequin hand for practice.
You will then be taking appointments just as you would in a salon and we encourage you to begin building your own clientele.
Esthetics (750 hours):
Esthetics is a skin care program that will teach you proper skin care, micro-dermabrasion, relaxation massage, waxing and body wrapping. With this license you are entitled to work in spas and doctor's offices such as plastic surgeons and dermatologists. You will learn to give machine facials and many ways to pamper and relax your clients. The program requires 750 hours of training. The first two weeks are spent learning the basics before taking a client on the clinic floor.

| Advanced Specialized Training |

At New Image it is our sincere desire to see all of our students excel in their chosen field. We offer advanced specialized training on a regular basis, as part of our curriculum, to prepare our students for the real world of beauty and fashion. |
Every six weeks we have a Matrix educator provide advanced training in areas like long hair styling, color techniques, color correction and haircutting. OPI and Backscratchers educators come to our school on a regular basis for specialized nail enhancement and product training. We also provide extra classes on ethnic hair, permanent makeup, body waxing, reflexology & massage and Salon Success from a variety of excellent, successful guest speakers and professionals.
We believe in building relationships and are very fortunate to have many industry professionals to call on who always offer fresh ideas, exciting classes and energizing education to our students.

| Registration |
You will need to bring the following items when you register:
1. Driver's License or Social Security card.
2. Diploma, GED or transcripts showing you have completed 10th grade.
3. Four 2x2 photos (passport size)
4. $75. registration fee.
You must register at least two weeks before your class start date.
This gives State Board of Cosmetology time to receive your paperwork
and issue a student license. You may not accumulate hours
until we have your student license.

Our in-house financing requires a down payment and additional monthly payments with no interest. Your tuition is completely paid off at the
time of graduation.
Cosmetology (1500 hour course)
Tuition: $9,355.
Books & Kit: $1,070.
Registration Fee: $75.
Total Cost: $10,500.
$75 Registration fee paid at the time of registration.
$3500 Down payment paid on the first day of school.
Plus nine monthly payments of $763.89 or
twelve monthly payments of $572.92
due by the fifth of each month, beginning with the 2nd month of school.
Nail Technician (600 hour course)
Tuition: $3,375.
Books & Kit: $750.
Registration Fee: $75.
Total cost: $4,200.
$75 Registration fee paid at the time of registration.
$2500 Down payment paid on the first day of school.
Plus three monthly payments of $525. due by the fifth of each month,
beginning with the 2nd month of school.

Instructor Trainee (600 hour course)
Tuition: $1,000.
